Q: Is this done virtually or in-person?
The intensive can be conducted either virtually via Zoom or in-person (Los Angeles area). Both formats are equally effective – the key is the focused, uninterrupted time we spend diving deep into your specific challenge.
Q: What should I prepare before the session?
I’ll send you a brief preparation guide once we schedule your intensive. This typically includes gathering relevant materials (current messaging, competitor examples, etc.) and clearly defining your primary challenge and goals for our time together.
Q: What if my challenge is more complex than 6 hours can address?
During our initial conversation, we’ll assess whether your challenge is a good fit for the intensive format. If it requires more comprehensive work, I may recommend ongoing coaching or another program that better suits your needs.
Q: How quickly can we schedule an intensive?
Depending on urgency and availability, intensives can typically be scheduled within 1-2 weeks. If you have an extremely urgent deadline, let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline.
Q: What’s included after the session?
You’ll receive a summary document with your new strategy, refined messaging, and action steps within 48 hours of our session. You’ll also have access to me after the intensive for any clarifying questions as you implement.
